Slow Smell is an ongoing collaborative project with olfactory specialists and agronomists to grow and protect a wide variety eccentric plants and trees. The ethereal oils extracted from these plants are being used  in a new series of interactive installations that will strongly address our sense of smell. They will be presented throughout 2015 and 2016.
